In addition to the restaurant and brewery we have a 1600 sq ft. indoor event space and a 1500 sq ft. covered patio facing beautiful downtown Baldwin City and the Baker University campus. BCBC can cater any event you can think of and provide options for different price ranges. The event space rents out for a variety of functions such as wedding dress rehearsals, birthday parties, class reunions, post-celebration of life gatherings, team banquets, business retreats, and much much more!
The space can comfortably seat up to 70 people (more if the event is less formal and folks are walking around socializing). We provide tables, table cloths, chairs, music, and projector for slideshows, presentations, live sports, or whatever fits your needs.
The majority of the time we aren’t hosting events and the space is open to all as a casual lounge where you can shoot pool, watch games, and relax. The space also converts to an indoor pickleball court which can be rented by the hour on Wednesdays and Sundays.
